Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the SAKU mobile application (the "Platform"), operated by FLYSUN PTY LTD. This policy forms part of the SAKU Terms and Conditions.

SAKU operates solely as an online marketplace connecting customers with independent third‑party service providers ("Vendors"). SAKU does not provide services itself.

 

1. Booking Cancellations

1.1 Customer Cancellations

Customers may cancel a booking in accordance with the Vendor’s cancellation terms shown at the time of booking.

Any cancellation fees are set by the Vendor, not by SAKU.

1.2 Vendor Cancellations

Vendors may cancel a booking if they are unable to provide the service.

Vendors who repeatedly cancel bookings may face account suspension or removal from the Platform.

 

2. Refunds

2.1 Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for providing refunds where required.

SAKU does not guarantee refunds for services provided by Vendors.

2.2 Platform Facilitation

Where payments are processed through the Platform, SAKU may assist in processing refunds in line with this policy.

SAKU is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or delivery of Vendor services.

 

3. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers may be entitled to a refund where services are not provided with due care and skill, or are not fit for purpose.

 

4. Disputes

Customers should first contact the Vendor to resolve any issues.

If unresolved, SAKU may review the matter but is not obligated to mediate or make binding decisions.

 

5. Commission Fees

SAKU’s 10% commission currently service fee determined from time to time” is generally non‑refundable unless required by law.

Commission may still apply where a booking has been accepted by a Vendor.

 

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
